Noa Miller, RDN, CD
Owner and Registered Dietitian at Nourished
I'm Noa Miller, an allergy mom, and registered dietitian with 7+ years of experience in helping individuals reduce food-stress and get nourished through growth and aging, IBS and GI conditions, fertility concerns, pre and postnatal health and eating disorders.
After completing my Bachelors in dietetics at Kansas State University and dietetic internship at Keith and Associates, I spent most of my time in private practice with Eatwellsoon Counseling, though I have provided medical nutrition therapy in subacute rehab centers, assisted living facilities and an adult day care as well.
I have completed over 120 hours of continuing education with leading specialists in the field of eating disorders and digestive health, and am continuously updating my knowledge and practice.
I became a Dietitian due to my love of food and interest in medicine. I am fascinated with the intersection of nutrition and physical and mental health, and my personal experiences with medical challenges have only added to my pursuit of integrative health for myself and clients. In my other time, I teach geography, write, and takes care of my kids and rabbits in Waterbury, CT.
Personality-wise, I am a creative, a Virgo and highly sensitive person with a highly developed appreciation for humor. I have the handwriting of a doctor, and I am a philosopher and shepherdess at heart.
Above all, I'm an experienced human, I would love to connect personally and give you a fresh perspective and accountability on your food journey.
